Shipping and Returns

PLEASE NOTE: THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC MAY AFFECT SHIPPING AND RECEIVE TIMES. ONCE ORDER HAS SHIPPED, BUYERS WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER VIA EMAIL. PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE IN CASE OF DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

When will I receive my order?

All of our products are made by hand with love. Please allow up to 5-7 days for order processing. Orders placed after 2PM Central Standard Time will be shipped the next business day after the processing time, if placed Monday through Thursday. Processing time for orders placed Friday through Sunday will begin on that following Monday.

 The processing time for orders placed on a holiday will begin on the next business day and shipped within 48 hours after the allotted processing time. We do not ship on Sundays or federal holidays. Selected shipping times are not based on order dates. Shipping timeframes start AFTER your order has shipped.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges, and once your order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order please contact us at: orders@cakestrycosmetics.com. Please include your name and order number.
